Waves Of Love was founded in 2010 as a 501(c)(3) faith-based organization. It started as a family adventure to surf and explore the incredible beaches of our area, but it led us closer to our purpose. We wanted to have an adventure and also a purpose to our trip. We decided to build a home for a local family in need. People heard about our trip plans, and it caught on like wildfire! Our first year a group of teenagers joined us and a group of 20-somethings. It was during this time that we discovered our love for the community. In 2010 we begin the process of establishing loving relationships with the community and invite people into those relationships. EVERYONE wants to help others and make the world a better place.
We help people just like YOU connect and make a difference on the
mission field. Waves of Love is our calling and passion. We all have a
desire to serve Jesus and be the hands and feet of His Love.

We have a family; 3 (adult) children, 1 grandbaby, 7 dogs, 2 cats and we seem to always be adding more. For us family is community, living and working together and inviting others in to our circle. We want you to JOIN our FAMILY in helping, serving, loving, and belonging!

At Waves of Love, we believe the Bible to be the true word of God from beginning to end. That Jesus died for us so that we may live for Him and do the work that He has called us to do in His name. We carry this out by loving people as He has loved us, preaching His word and providing food, water and housing to those in need because love looks like something.
